It has been a long journey, embracing the challenge of caring and exploring my deepest passions. I had to peel off many of my layers to reach my purpose.
My creative process includes what my eyes see, what my heart feels, my nature, my angers, my sadness, my frustrations and, above all, my love. I hope my contribution will bring you joyful experiences.
I am a cook and a multidisciplinary artist based in Lisbon, Portugal. I started my studies in graphic design and soon connected my aesthetic interests in nourishment and regenerative food. From there, I explore ideas, textures, colors, and thoughts through drawing, writing, photographing, cooking, and performing with art and food.
Landscape, communities, syntropic farming, seeds, plants, biodiversity, and reciprocity inspire me deeply.
